Welcome to TypoGuard! Follow these quick steps to install the extension and start writing error-free text.

Phase 1: Installation & Setup

1. Install the Extension: Navigate to the TypoGuard page on the Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome.

2. Enable the Add-on: Click the Extensions icon (the puzzle piece) in the top-right corner of your Chrome browser.

   Note: If you do not see it there, you can enable it by clicking the three-dot menu (Chrome Settings) -> Extensions -> Manage Extensions, and toggling TypoGuard on.

3. Pin to Toolbar: For easy access, click the Extensions icon again and click the pushpin next to TypoGuard to pin it directly to your toolbar.

4. Adjust Your Settings: Click the pinned TypoGuard icon on your toolbar to open the menu and customize your preferences.

Phase 2: Using TypoGuard

1. Start Typing: Open your favorite chatbox, web email, or messaging app and begin typing as you normally would.

2. Spot the Errors: TypoGuard will automatically scan your text. Within a couple of seconds, any detected errors will be highlighted with a red underline.

3. Review Suggestions: Hover your mouse over the underlined word to reveal a tooltip displaying suggested corrections.

4. Apply the Fix: Click the correct word in the tooltip to instantly replace the error. You’re all set!
